Clients find my calming and peaceful presence comforting as they feel heard and supported while sharing their stories with me. I am goal-oriented and enjoy collaborating with clients to create an organized plan for their therapeutic goals and personal growth. I provide a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and experiences. My counseling approach is trauma-informed, allowing me to empathize with clients' life events and how they shape their worldview. I have experience working with clients aged 3-20+ who have experienced physical and sexual abuse, as well as those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, shame, guilt, and more. I enjoy working with the Muslim and immigrant population. Additionally, I provide support and psychoeducation to parents and caregivers of trauma survivors.
