What should a new client know about working with you?

I approach mental health from a holistic and collaborative place — recognizing you as the expert of your own experience. I believe we heal by transforming our relationships: with others, and with ourselves. My goal is to help you get as close to the truth of your situation as possible. I am deeply committed to my own growth as a human being — a journey catalyzed by my personal meditation and mindfulness practice. I bring that same commitment to showing up fully for the people I work with.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Taking the first step is often the hardest. Whether you have a question or you're ready to schedule, I'm here and I'd love to hear from you. Step one: Creating safety together -Before anything else, we create a space where you feel genuinely held. There's no agenda to rush through — your comfort and trust are the foundation everything else is built on. Step Two: Sharing your story at your pace-You'll have space to share what brings you in — as much or as little as feels right. Nothing is too big, too messy, or too complicated. I'm here for all of it, without judgment. Step Three: Getting close to the truth-Together we begin to explore what's really going on beneath the surface. Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start — we'll start exactly where you are, and move forward from there.
