What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a client-centered approach with evidence-based practices. I want to support you in your journey to happiness and a sense of well-being. I would like to help you gain different perspectives on struggles and develop healthy coping skills to navigate bumps in the road.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The initial session would consist of an assessment, confidentiality as well as background information and any questions that you may have. We can decide if you need weekly, bi-weekly or monthly sessions and come up with goals for therapy. Sessions last from 45-53 minutes on a HIPAA compliant platform.
