What should a new client know about working with you?

In sessions, you can expect a burst of energy. We will translate that energy into a collaborative “work in progress.” We will go at the pace that is most convenient for you. I will join you and go inside those scary places, while you overcome the fear of the unknown. I will help you challenge your own belief systems and construct a new reality that works for you. You will discover deeper and more vulnerable emotions and learn to recognize the things that keep you stuck. You will discover well-rounded results that continuously allow you to develop a sense of self. I’m happy to guide you through all of life’s challenges with the attention and care you deserve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will work from a contextual approach as it takes a closer look into understanding how you grow into the person you are today. We will explore your genetic heritage, your beliefs, and ideas, and most important any transgenerational behaviors you have inherited. This becomes possible as you experience your personal growth journey in understanding your past, current environment and components that have and will continue to affect it. You will learn to establish a more loving and trustworthy relationship with yourself and others. From our therapeutic relationship, I will guide you through a personal growth journey where you will learn to hope, heal, develop harmony, build trust, find fairness, while practicing forgiveness and acceptance.

There could have been better communication about why we were not a good fit after only 1 session, especially since I said mostly the same thing in my assessment before we got there. I'm glad she dismissed us because it leaves room for the right therapist.
