What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is practical and collaborative. I use skills-based therapy, including DBT-informed techniques, to help you build emotional regulation, improve relationships, and create real, lasting change. I offer both in-person sessions in Kenmore (serving Buffalo and surrounding areas) and virtual therapy throughout New York. I’m in-network with Highmark, Independent Health, Univera, and Anthem BCBS.
