What should a new client know about working with you?

I have a breadth of experience working with individuals living with disabilities, chronic illnesses, the queer community, those who experience racial trauma, and those who are sex positive and are seeking counseling services. If you are looking for a therapist that believes in a holistic and evidence-based approach to healing please reach out to me. One thing I encourage my clients to do is be patient with yourself. I offer my clients authentic empathy and compassion that is aimed towards helping you achieve the life you deserve. I am here when you need me.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The main issues I specialize in are stress, trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, chronic illness, and disability. A typical treatment plan starts with identifying the roots of your concerns, identifying healthy ways to process the emotions that come with discovery, utilizing creative & expressive assignments outside of our sessions and finally, building a realistic solution tailored to your needs.
