Getting to know Nichelle Wall

I was born and raised in Texas. I love the Texas summer nights and autumn days. I grew up in a blended family with my mother, grandparents, biological brother, and many foster brothers and sisters. Let's just say things were always interesting, but I wouldn't trade it for the world. Those experiences helped shape who I am and gave me insight into a variety of people. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and a Certified Sex Therapist (CST). I earned a Doctor of Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development from Hardin-Simmons University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Abilene Christian University. When I'm not counseling, I love to read all things paranormal-vampires, werewolves, fae, and more. I enjoy music, different forms of dance and fitness, cooking and trying new dishes, as well as traveling. I am also one third of The RePsychled Podcast, which focuses on educating and bringing mental health awareness to minority communities in a down-to-earth way.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a solution-focused therapist with the belief that we have the ability to choose our own reaction to the situations that occur in life. This is something I teach my clients in order for them to be in control of their life and its circumstances.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
