I hold a Master’s in Counseling from The University of Toledo and draw heavily on my IFS Level 1 training to provide a safe, supportive, and affirming space for you to be heard, seen, and explore new ideas and options. (Because if we knew what worked, we'd probably be doing it already!) I get to know you and your goals, customizing my approach to best support you in achieving them.
