What should a new client know about working with you?

I primarily utilize DBT in my work to help clients with developing mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I also incorporate other evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. What differentiates my approach is authenticity—I believe in being myself in sessions and creating an environment where clients can as well.
