“I enjoy working with Nick as my therapist because he is so good at helping me tease apart my thoughts and feelings at times when my thoughts are jumbled in my mind. He is patient and a very good active listener, and also very empathetic. The myth of male therapists being cold and empathetic is so far from the truth with Nick. I also appreciate his ability to offer different treatment modalities based on the theme of each session. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to make progress in their lives and work through difficult emotions. ”

Nicholas started his career in human services at Northeast Treatment Centers in Philadelphia, PA, where over the course of 7 years, he worked as a Youth Advocate for adjudicated adolescents, lead clinician for a community-based treatment team, and outpatient therapist. After earning his Master's in Clinical Counseling Psychology from La Salle University and becoming a licensed psychotherapist in 2014, Nicholas worked as an outpatient therapist for multiple companies in the Philadelphia area. He helped clients manage or overcome symptoms related to anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and more.
Nicholas's therapeutic approach is strongly rooted in humanistic psychology. As described in an article from the Association for Humanistic Psychology, this approach offers a "crucial opportunity to lead our troubled culture back to its own healthy path. I’ve been seeing Nick for a few years now, and he has been exceptional at supporting me through a few major life changes. He’s worked with me to better understand and navigate my anxiety, leading to major improvements in my day to day life. We recently started parts work (Internal Family Systems) which has already been greatly beneficial. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for support in managing and understanding their anxiety and/or navigating life changes!

Wonderful therapist - willing to work with you on multiple modalities. Truly the best therapist I’ve ever seen and takes the time to get to know you and understand you (creating a more meaningful and supportive therapy experience). I have multiple issues, and he is able to expertly work through them all - anxiety, OCD, depression, etc. I would highly recommend!
