But you deserve to live the life that you want and to be the person you want to be. Through our work together, we'll discover who that person is and how to become the very best version of yourself.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from Lehman College, CUNY, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. My style of therapy is warm and engaging. I like to be transparent and authentic, and that's reflected in my practice. If I'm not authentic, how can I expect you to be'
I also place a strong focus on open communication-including what's working for you in your therapy and what's not-so I can tailor my approach accordingly. Your voice is always the one that matters most in the room. And when you're ready, we can invite conflict and difficult emotions into the room so we can resolve them in a way that feels safer for you. Some days, that means sitting with a difficult emotion. Other days, that means finding concrete strategies to tackle life's struggles.
Growth is hard. My job is to ensure you're seen and heard so that your journey is one of joy, liberation, and healing.
