I have extensive experience working with a diverse population across all age groups and backgrounds. I have helped individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, negative self-talk, low self-esteem, mood instability, substance use, and challenging irrational beliefs. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling as well as a Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
