I welcome teens, young adults, adults, and couples from all backgrounds. I frequently support clients navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship or communication concerns, and questions around self-esteem or self-efficacy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at DePaul University. I would be grateful for the opportunity to support you as you gain insight, strengthen your sense of self, and build the changes you want to see in your life.
