My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply seen and understood, and where you can explore your story with openness and curiosity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I am passionate about supporting queer and neurodivergent individuals, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, work stress, grief, and life transitions. My years in arts, nature, and nonprofit administration shape my perspective, giving me an appreciation for creativity, connection, and the complexities of work and life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University and my Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The Ohio State University. Outside the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and birding, and find that time in nature can be grounding and restorative. I also love genealogy, art, and music.
