“The first therapist I have ever had that I feel like actually uses his education to the fullest instead of just listening to you and your problems like a gossip session. He helps me recognize unhealthy thought patterns, where they come from, and how to work towards converting those thoughts into something healthy and positive. I appreciate that I can tell him anything - but I also don't have to tell him details or a particular situation if its too hard to talk about in order for him to help, because he focuses on how that situation makes me feel and how to move forward instead of dwelling on those details. He has great metaphors that have given me several "ahha!" moments when connecting dots in my life or trying to understand why I feel a certain way and then how to create boundaries in my life and improve my self esteem. He is very friendly, positive, easy going, and a fantastic person to have on your healthcare team.”

Welcome. Congratulations on taking the first step to unlocking your fullest potential. Being here, reading this, means that you are looking for more, wanting something to be different, or to finally overcome an obstacle in your life.
My name is Nick, and it's a pleasure to meet you. I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My practice is located in Erie, Pennsylvania, an area I've called home for over 20 years.
I have been in the mental health field since 2005 and obtained my LPC in 2016. I have experience working in homes, schools, community, and hospital settings. I have worked with many individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. My experience includes treating anxiety, depression, anger, relationships, men's issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, self-understanding, and more.
What should a new client know about working with you?
In the first session, we will explore your strengths, areas of focus, and together, define a treatment plan that fits your needs. Follow up sessions will be based around genuineness and empathy. I provide an environment where growth and understanding meet. We will build upon your strengths and work to apply these strengths to overcome daily struggles and meet long term goals. The goal is to help you understand the circumstances that have brought you to where you are now and use these to go after the life you want.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
