With a Bachelor's degree from Hunter College and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Arcadia University, I understand these challenges deeply and am here to help you regain control and find hope again.

Together, we’ll work to conquer the stress that you're experiencing. We’ll discover what the source of the stresses are, develop the skills necessary to cope with them and build confidence to take on life’s new responsibilities.
