This was my first appointment and I felt completely safe opening up and being vulnerable. Historically it's been really challenging to create comfort and trust with a therapist right out the gate, but he immediately made me feel heard and safe. I look forward to going back and would absolutely recommend him to anyone with reservations about therapy.
