Psychotherapist

Good therapy is about having a voice and working towards positive change. Are you tired of doing things on your own? What if you could live your life without basing who you are or how you feel on the opinions of others, words, or memories of the past? Trauma, relationships, addiction or substance use, anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and watching loved ones struggle with addiction or mental illness can all significantly impact our ability to live our best lives. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from the University of North Texas and have been in the industry for over a decade. For years, I served as the acting clinical director of a 10-location mental health and substance use company, gaining extensive experience in supporting individuals through their healing journeys.
