I am a licensed therapist (LCSW) who has over 9 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with clients who were struggling to cope with adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, anger, panic attacks, behavioral challenges, mood changes, trauma, grief, loss, spirituality-related issues, relationship conflicts, communication, and self-esteem problems. I am also a Certified, Clinical, Trauma Professional approved to help heal deep trauma resulting from traumatic events. I am more than happy to help you reach your goals. I look forward to speaking with you. I specialize in decreasing anxiety and depressive symptoms and increasing self-esteem. My clients have reported feeling better, having more energy to pursue everyday activities, having more of a positive outlook on life and worrying less within the first 8 weeks. Couples’ therapy clients report better communication and an increase in intimacy in 6 weeks. I am warm, balanced, supportive and direct with an uncanny gift of empathy and compassion.
