My approach is grounded in an existential-humanistic and person-centered framework. When appropriate, I integrate mindfulness, cognitive reframing, emotional awareness, practical coping skills, and Humanistic Sandtray Therapy to support healing and personal growth. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reconnect with your values, and begin building a more grounded and meaningful life.
