What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in stress management, life changes, women’s issues, neurodivergence, and relationship issues. I use an individualized, eclectic approach and tailor our sessions to your individual needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our initial appointment will consist of gathering information about you and what areas you would like support with. We will develop a personalized treatment plan and identify the best treatment modality for you.
