I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in New Mexico and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I provide compassionate, person-centered therapy that empowers you to explore life’s challenges with honesty and clarity. At Real Talk Therapy Services, I focus on creating a supportive, judgment-free space for real growth. My approach My approach is integrative and person-centered. I draw from evidence-based modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to meet each person’s unique needs. I believe healing begins with safety and authenticity, so I prioritize building trust and exploring what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll work to increase self-awareness, regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build on your existing strengths. I also work systemically, helping you navigate the impacts of family dynamics, cultural identity, and life transitions with respect and care. My focus I work with adults, teens, and parents who are navigating anxiety, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and trauma. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel overwhelmed or stuck, trying to meet life’s demands while struggling internally. I also specialize in working with individuals adjusting to divorce or blended families, including teens who are coping with changes in their home environment. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you where you are and help you move forward with intention, I’d be honored to support you. My communication style I offer a warm, direct, and down-to-earth communication style. Clients describe me as approachable and easy to talk to. I aim to create a space where you feel safe being yourself...without pressure to perform or mask what you’re going through. I’m also honest and collaborative, so you’ll always know where we stand and what we’re working on.
