I am a seasoned therapist, licensed in Texas, Utah and California, with over 20 years of experience working with many patients like you. My specialties include a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, adoption, abuse, and trauma. My therapy style is welcoming, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, openness, and compassion. Even though we diagnose clients in the therapy field, I don't believe in the stigmatization of labels. Many clients have said how comfortable and easy it is to talk to me openly and honestly. It is important to me to really listen to your concerns and be an ally in the therapy process. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, person-centered, mindfulness, and family systems therapy.
