My name is Nichole Epperson, but I go by Nicki. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana and the owner of Transcendence, LLC. I have over 8 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals and families struggling with emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric symptoms. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in 2015 and went on to obtain my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern Indiana. I have gained experience by networking with numerous community outreach programs and other community mental health organizations. Through this work, I have become deeply aware of the mental health crisis affecting our community. The goal of Transcendence, LLC is to help combat this crisis and support those in our community in rising above these obstacles by providing specialized therapeutic services, with the understanding that you are the author of your own story-and your story is not over yet!

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
