Hello! I’m Nickolas — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida with over 10 years of experience. I hold a PhD in Public Affairs and Social Work as well as a Master’s in Social Work, both from the University of Central Florida. I work with clients facing a variety of challenges, including stress and anxiety, career difficulties, LGBTQ+ related issues, and grief and loss. What should a new client know about working with you?

During our first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy, what you feel is going well and what is not in your life, and what you would like to get out of therapy. We will also likely chat about your history, relationships, career, and more. The following sessions will focus on progressing towards the goals that you identified; this may include some reflection, a bit of “homework,” and hopefully some humor.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
