I am a therapist who cares deeply about each one of my clients and sees the best in them. Our work together focuses on your strengths and begins with clarifying what you want to address and envisioning the results you want to see. Then we move forward with a solution-focused approach tailored for you, as the inherent expert on yourself and your situation. My supporting role involves helping you set clear, concise, and realistic goals and identify ways you can achieve them by employing strengths you already possess. I have worked in a variety of settings, spending the last eight years supporting people at Huntsman Cancer Institute as they heal from trauma and reassemble their disrupted lives. I earned my Master of Social Work degree at the University of Utah. Outside of work, I love the arts, pickleball, old postcards, and exploring the world.
