“My wife and I had such a great experience working with Cole. He uses the Gottman Method in a way that actually makes sense and gave us tools we could use right away. We felt really comfortable with him. He’s supportive, easy to talk to, and helped us break old patterns. We finally feel close again and are on the same page. Highly recommend.”

Cole was super helpful in giving me tools to manage my anxiety after a bad breakup.
Working with Cole and finding some relief for my sometimes crippling anxiety
Fist time in therapy. I have always been skeptical but it has helped me so much.
Relationship issues. Needed help with having healthy communication.
Cole was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable from the start. I have had poor experiences with therapy in the past and this is going well.

Great Dr.. listened and advised v well !
Working with Nicolas has been a truly transformative experience. Therapy began with feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and relationship issues. The warm, empathetic approach that Nicolas has immediately provided comfort. Nicolas is an incredibly skilled listener. I always felt completely heard and understood during sessions, even when discussing difficult topics. Highly recommend!
You can bring your whole self to talk to Cole and I know I’m not the easiest personality. I never feel judged or embarrassed to talk about what my week was like. I can say whatever I want and that’s important because sometimes I just need to get this all out of my head. Thanks for listening!
Cole has been such an amazing support. I came in feeling overwhelmed and paralyzed by my ED, unsure if I was going to be able to undo a decades long battle with food and my body. Our work is helping me untangle the anxieties and patterns behind everything. I am feeling so much more steady and far more compassionate with myself after just a couple of sessions and can't wait to continue doing the work with Cole in my corner. I'm really grateful for him and recommend anyone dealing with an eating disorder to reach out right away. He's amazing.
I started working with Cole after I got injured and had to stop playing sports, which basically flipped my whole world upside down. He really got what it meant to lose such a big part of my identity, and he never tried to force toxic positivity or quick fixes. He actually helped me feel the hard stuff, which made things easier to move through. He helped me figure out who I am outside of just being an athlete. If you're going through a big shift or just feel kind of lost, I would really recommend reaching out to him.
He’s incredibly grounded, warm, and easy to open up to, but also knows when to challenge me. I’ve made more progress with him in a few months than I have in years with my previous therapist. I seriously can’t recommend him enough.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from therapy and was always a little uncomfortable with the idea of it but I really needed support. Cole gave me tools to use my voice and learn how to communicate with people more clearly and compassionately, and also helped me process a lot of grief I didn't even realize I was holding onto from 30+ years ago. I still have a long way to go, but working with Cole has given me a sense of calm and peace I haven't experienced in a long time. I wish I had started sooner if I'm being honest. If you are on the fence about whether or not to start therapy, just do it! I strongly recommend Cole!
My partner and I started seeing Cole during a really rough patch in our relationship, and we honestly weren’t sure if therapy would even help. But Cole created such a safe, nonjudgmental space for both of us that we were finally able to have the kinds of conversations we’d been avoiding for years. He has a way of making each of us feel heard without ever taking sides, and he helped us understand some of the deeper patterns we kept getting stuck in. We’ve grown so much since starting sessions with him, both together and individually. If you're looking for a therapist who really sees people, Cole is the real deal.
Cutting family out of my life because they were too toxic. Kristina has helped me with communication skills and self care to navigate this process
Working with Cole has truly changed my life. I came to therapy struggling with an eating disorder, feeling really ashamed and disconnected from myself. From the very first session, Cole made me feel safe and like I didn’t have to hide or explain everything perfectly to be understood. He’s incredibly validating and thoughtful. He’s helped me reconnect to my body, my values, and my relationships in a way I didn’t think was possible. I can’t recommend him enough if you’re looking for a therapist who really gets the emotional layers of disordered eating and meets you where you are.
Working through anxiety of moving to a new city, starting a new business. So far it’s been helpful to have a space to learn self regulation tools.
