Let’s just start a conversation. You share what’s on your mind and I’ll help you reframe the perspective by which you look at yourself and the world. I will help you develop the structure that you need to enable you to function at your highest levels.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I’m very easy to talk to and flexible. I’ll meet you were you need me too. If you need structure, we will develop structure. If you need a session to vent, I will make space for that.
