What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a calm, collaborative, and supportive space where clients of all ages can be themselves without judgment. Together, we work to uncover patterns, build awareness, and develop practical coping strategies. My counseling draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based approaches, focusing on emotional regulation, problem-solving, and resilience. I have specialized experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder, emotional disabilities, and significant behavioral needs, as well as those navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also integrate trauma-informed interventions and draw upon an understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) to help clients process difficult life events, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. My goal is to help each client feel seen, understood, and capable of making positive, lasting change. I believe that with the right support and tools, everyone can take meaningful steps toward growth, stability, and self-acceptance.
