Hello, I'm Nicole Alper-Ramos! I'm excited to meet you and start working towards your therapy goals. I am a Master's level clinician, licensed in Colorado, with five years of professional work experience. I have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and orientations and have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting issues, and motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also have extensive experience related to career exploration and selection and early adulthood transitions. You will find that my therapy style is warm, engaging, and interactive, and I believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion. My approach is grounded in solution-focused therapy, combined with cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive therapy. We will work together to develop a treatment plan to meet your unique needs and specific goals. Taking this first step takes courage, but I firmly believe seeking a healthier and happier life is one of the best lifelong gifts one can give themselves. My primary goal is to support and empower my clients throughout their therapeutic journey and to help them fulfill their individual goals. I look forward to working with you! A little more about me - I am originally a South Florida native and moved to Colorado five years ago. I regularly practice yoga and mindfulness for my own self-care and mental health.
