Philosophy My philosophy as a therapist is to meet each client where they are with understanding and support. I believe in a holistic, person-centered approach where empathy and trust are the most important elements. I enjoy implementing a variety of treatment methods to help clients accomplish their goals and work toward becoming the best version of themselves. I believe that one’s attitude and perspective are especially important. If you can shift your perspective and/or attitude, you can change the way you feel, which then changes the way you act or think. Personal Statement Life is challenging, confusing, and sometimes very difficult. I strive to create a space of comfort, support, and understanding. I am here to be a team, working together toward the goals you wish to accomplish and achieve. Therapy can be difficult and scary, yet so rewarding—which is why I give so much credit to anyone willing to give the therapeutic experience a try! Everyone deserves happiness and a life of enjoyment, and I am here to support you on that journey. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care.
