Getting to know Nicole Barber

Are you unhappy with where your life currently is and looking to make a change? Have you been feeling anxious or depressed and aren't sure why? Having a hard time dating or in relationships? My name is Nicole Barber, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from PennWest California. I work with adults to help identify what they want out of life and how to work towards achieving it.

What should a new client know about working with you?

By utilizing CBT, person centered, and other interventions, I help focus on diving into one's emotions and thoughts to help individuals understand themselves and move towards a life they want. I'm here to help you get what you want out of life!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first couple of sessions involve me getting to know you at your pace. We also begin by discussing strategies to help you in your everyday life! I prefer to go at your pace and discuss what you feel is the most important.
