Hello! I'm Nikki, and I've been working in the counseling field for the last 15 years. With experience in both community mental health and private practice settings, I've had the privilege of working with many different levels of diagnoses and therapeutic models. I believe that the best predictor of success in therapy is feeling a good connection to your therapist, and I strive to be both relatable and knowledgeable in our sessions together. Meeting you where you are in your journey is a hallmark of my approach. I predominantly use the cognitive behavioral model of therapy to help you gain awareness of how your thoughts impact your behaviors and vice versa. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, grief, life transitions, medical issues, perinatal support, intimate relationships, learning disorders, spirituality, or stress, I'm here to support you. As a wife and mom, I have a strong passion for maternal mental health and helping families find good solutions for a more harmonious home life. I live in Colorado with my husband, our boy and girl twins, and a very large puppy who thinks he can fit in my lap. I understand the challenges of balancing family and personal well-being, and I'm here to help you navigate those waters.
