Trying to find a therapist can be overwhelming. I'm here to make this process easy and help you find relief. I believe in a person's capacity for change and the ability of each of us to reach our life goals. I'll work with you to identify and remove the obstacles you have been facing. With humor and creativity, we will create the supportive environment you need to achieve your goals.
I've been supporting teens, adults, and couples for more than 25 years. Working with me, you will gain insight into your own family relationships and learn how they impact your present decisions and behavior. Ready to get unstuck?
My expertise ranges across a variety of clinical areas: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, wellness, grief, female health and menopause, parenting, parenting children with special needs, LGBTQ, transgender, premarital, and marriage counseling.
I hold a Master's in Art Therapy from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University of Science and Technology.

Nicole is absolutely phenomenal. Where my partner and I thought that out last therapist was great, Nicole has exceeded our expectations. She has a way of not only making us feel heard, but understood as well. She always helps us see life with a "growth" lense when we get stuck looking through a "fixed" lense. When we have our sessions with Nicole, it is really like chatting with a best friend who just wants to help us be the best people we can be for each other, and especially ourselves
