Nicole Buddle-Diaz, LCSW, CAP, BCD Nicole Buddle-Diaz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Georgia and Florida, Certified Addictions Professional, and Board-Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work with over 20 years of clinical experience working with adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples of diverse ethnic backgrounds. She is particularly well versed in cultural issues specific to African Americans, Hispanics, Latinos, and Caribbean Islanders. She holds the following certifications/specialized training: Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Substance Use Disorders. She facilitates the healing process by assessing and treating the whole person. In numerous practice settings, she has treated clients with presenting problems such as grief, chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship problems. After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
