Nicole Cali, LMHC

Psychotherapist
NY
Are you struggling with overwhelming emotions, relationship difficulties, or low self-esteem? Maybe you feel like you have a hard time getting out of your own head or feel “stuck” in your negative thoughts. As a licensed therapist with over 7 years of experience and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from City University of New York, Brooklyn College, I specialize in helping individuals, both adults and adolescents, manage mood disorders, navigate interpersonal challenges, and build self-esteem. Therapy with me is empowering, nonjudgmental, and evidence-based. Therapy is a collaborative process in which we can work together to see what works for you; in my opinion, there is no "one shoe fits all" approach.
