Hi, I'm a therapist providing online therapy to teens and adults in Oregon. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and LGBTQ concerns. I offer individualized and patient-centered care. I am affirming, compassionate, and personable. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Barry University.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide online therapy only. I do not have availability for in-person sessions. Clients must be physically located in Oregon at the time of every session.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I provide individual therapy. Clients meet with me for a 60-minute intake session. If we are a great fit, we meet for ongoing therapy sessions. Therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly or every other week for 60 minutes. However, frequency of therapy may change depending on your unique needs.

Nicole is so easy to talk to. I was very hesitant about starting therapy so I was so nervous for my first appointment but Nicole made me feel so comfortable and I was able to open up. I’m very thankful for the work I’ve done with Nicole’s help!
