My passion is directed in understanding the complexity of an individual. Thus, I apply an integrative and compassionate approach. Together we will work to shift your attention inward and get to know and understand your vast inner world; the unique, conflicting parts of yourself and the signals your body sends you to let you know how you're feeling.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

By exploring nuances and contradictions in ourselves and our lives, we can learn to harness courage and flexibility to “live in the gray” versus being bound to the black-and-white. We will discover the impact of your history on who you are and how you show up in the world and develop adaptive techniques to help you live a more aligned and intentional life.
