I specialize in assessing ADHD in both adolescents and adults, and I also provide assessments for Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and PTSD. Using a trauma-informed approach with evidence-based methods, I’ll evaluate you so you get the support you need.

Initial Meeting: In our first session, we’ll discuss what you’re going through, your goals, and how I can help. This helps us understand where to start. Create a Plan: Based on our conversation, we’ll develop a personalized plan with specific goals and interventions tailored to your needs. Ongoing Sessions: We’ll meet regularly to work through the plan, address any new issues, and adjust as needed. I’ll provide a supportive and caring space throughout. Check-Ins and Adjustments: We’ll regularly review your progress, get your feedback, and make any necessary changes to ensure you’re getting the most out of our sessions.
