What should a new client know about working with you?

During the initial meeting I focus on helping the client feel comfortable and together we create goals for therapy. I offer an approach that is both structured and much relaxed, based on the preference of the client.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I meet with clients as often as they prefer. Some clients prefer just a one time consultation appointment. Others come weekly or biweekly and eventually decrease to monthly appointments or check in as needed.
