Hello! I'm Nikki, a licensed clinical social worker with more than a decade of experience and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Chicago. Becoming the person, parent, partner, and professional you want to be can leave you feeling stressed, overwhelmed, sad, and alone. I specialize in postpartum depression and anxiety, fostering secure attachment, and processing trauma, grief, and loss. We'll work together to understand your inner voices, explore past coping mechanisms that may no longer serve you, and increase connection to body and self. I help individuals and couples bring more balance and equity to the labor of their home life as a certified Fair Play facilitator; help parents build healthy attachment relationships with their children as a Circle of Security-Parenting facilitator; and provide structure and support to professionals welcoming a child as a certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coach.
