What should a new client know about working with you?

The most important thing, no matter the chosen approach, is the relationship between therapist and client. My only goal is to listen to you and help you explore your innermost thoughts and feelings in a way that makes you feel safe and valued. There is nothing more sacred to me than the therapeutic relationship but that doesn't mean we can's sprinkle in a little humor too.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach combines empathy and evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are specifically designed to help you manage overwhelming emotions, change unhelpful thought patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies. I also offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I offer weekly sessions via secure video.
