Hi, my name is Nicole!
Do you struggle with overwhelming thoughts and feelings? Do you feel stuck and not progressing to your natural potential? I've been there, and I want to help you break free from the prison you feel trapped in.
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, and I help people just like you find balance in their lives, nurture self-love, and learn to let go of anger and resentments that are holding you back.
Together, we can find and build on your strengths, create healthy relationships, and manage negative thoughts and feelings.
We will dive in to identify patterns of behavior that we have learned over time that inhibit us from moving forward or cause us to make the same mistakes repeatedly.
I use a blunt approach with a healthy sense of humor to help you live the life you want and deserve!
The work can be difficult, but oh so worth it! Let’s make changes together!
What should a new client know about working with you?
Clients can expect to begin to lessen their symptoms by utilizing healthy coping skills and begin to start feeling better about who they are. We will further start to understand why we do the things we do. That helps us change our beliefs and behaviors to lead us to a more fulfilling life.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
