Not only do I work with all ages and backgrounds, my modalities include but are not limited to motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution focused therapy. My goal is to help you overcome what mental health struggles you may be experiencing and to focus on leading you to a happy, healthy life. I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology from UMass of Boston and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College specializing in trauma. I have a background in crisis counseling working with families, children, adolescents, and adults. I’ve worked as a substance use clinician at an inpatient treatment facility and as a co-occurring clinician in an outpatient setting. Currently, I am taking new patients via in person and telehealth. I’m here to help!
