My approach I tend to use a mixture of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, internal family systems, solution-focused, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. My focus Do you take responsibility for other people's emotions? Do you ignore your own needs and pretend you don't have any needs at all? Are you often worried about your relationships, and if you are doing enough? I support and validate adults who feel emotionally unseen, lonely, and insecure. It will feel hard and uncomfortable, but with my support, you can start to break free from the feeling of being fundamentally alone and rebuild the emotional intimacy you have been craving in your relationships.
