Nicole Mallory, LCSW, provides individualized, compassionate therapy for children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults throughout Pennsylvania. At LifeStance Health, she helps patients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and other mental health concerns build resilience, strengthen relationships, develop practical coping skills, and improve emotional well-being and daily functioning. Nicole is especially passionate about supporting individuals recently discharged from psychiatric hospitalization. She helps patients navigate the transition to everyday life, maintain stability, reduce the risk of setbacks, strengthen coping skills, and establish a foundation for continued recovery through consistent support and personalized treatment planning. Nicole believes each person has the capacity for growth and healing. She collaborates with patients to develop treatment plans that reflect their strengths, goals, experiences, and individual needs. Her evidence-based approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while recognizing that lasting change is most effective when care is both clinically sound and personally meaningful. Nicole creates an inclusive, affirming, and respectful therapeutic environment for diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community; individuals with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities; and children and families involved in adoption or foster care. She brings empathy, authenticity, and optimism to her work, helping patients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful progress. Nicole earned her education from Temple University and Lincoln University. Outside of practice, she enjoys trying new foods, coffee, Philadelphia Eagles football, and crime documentaries.
