Beyond our sessions, you'll have access to ongoing support when you need it most, including direct messaging, support groups, and real-time help when OCD symptoms spike. My approach to OCD therapy is gentle, nurturing, guiding, and redirecting. This is a safe space where you'll be challenged to face your fears. We'll collaborate to determine your treatment plan, but the overall goal is to be able to tolerate uncertainty.
