Hello! My name is Nicole Nunziata, and I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of New York. I earned my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and my bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Old Westbury. I have worked as a private practitioner for the past four years and have seven years of experience at a residential facility for individuals with severe mental illness, where I served as a supervisor. I have developed a strong capacity to support my clients wherever they are in their process of growth and change. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and substance abuse problems. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to face their challenges and overcome them. I am known for my empathy, active supportive strategies, and intuitive listening. The provider never showed up for my scheduled appointment although prior to the appointment I spoke to the office and confirmed my visit and coverage. When i reached out the provider replied that she got double booked and can’t see me. She said she had availability the following day however there was no link or information about that app either. The office reached out to me and said my appointment is rescheduled to the 3rd day without asking me if it works for me. After I made arrangements for that app I don’t see any appointments scheduled for me. Wellnite is really not so well
