If you are looking for a non-judgmental, down-to-earth therapist to help you sort through this unpredictable thing we call life, you have come to the right place. I provide a safe space for clients to work through complex thoughts and feelings. I love helping people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, mood changes, behavior changes, life transitions, trauma, grief, difficult relationships, etc. I have almost 20 years of experience working with people in the community, helping them overcome the challenges they face in their lives. I truly enjoy working with teenagers and adults. I look forward to speaking to you about ways you can improve your quality of life and get back to feeling like yourself again. I offer afternoon and evening appointments and see most clients in the office. However, I also offer virtual appointments upon request. I have extensive experience helping clients with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and trauma. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional. When I am not working, I like to relax and unwind by spending time on our beautiful beach or spending time with my family and friends.
