I am a board-certified oncology social worker with licensure in Connecticut and Virginia. I help individuals and couples navigate grief, chronic illness, caregiving, burnout, insomnia, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm and collaborative, drawing from meaning-centered psychotherapy, CBT, and trauma-informed practices.
